Terms of use and sale
1. About these terms
These terms cover the Gladiatus Master browser extension, this website and every license you buy. By installing the extension, starting a trial or buying a license, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the extension.
2. Who sells it
You buy Gladiatus Master from us, not from Google. We sell it through our shop on Buy Me a Coffee; the card payment is processed by Stripe. The price and the license period are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
3. Your license
A license belongs to one game character: one player on one game server. Each of your characters needs its own license. A key works once, on one character: the one you activate it on. Each character needs its own key. If you activated it on the wrong character, write to us and we will move the license. It unlocks every feature on that character while it is active, for your own personal use. You may not share, resell or rent it.
When a trial or a license ends, the bot stops and its buttons are locked until you buy a license. Your settings are never deleted: they stay in your browser, ready for when you come back.
4. Free trial
Every game character can try Gladiatus Master free for 3 days, once. You do not need a card, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
5. Plans and payment
One plan with every feature. You pay once for 1 week ($2), 1 month ($4), 3 months ($10), 6 months ($15) or 1 year ($30). The price shown is the final price: nothing is added on the checkout page. It is a single payment, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged again. When the time is up, you buy again if you want to go on. Your time starts when you activate the key. If you still have time left, or a trial, the new time is added on top.
6. Purchases are final
Purchases are final. If something goes wrong (wrong character, paid twice, the extension does not work), write to us at support@gladiatusmaster.com and we will sort it out together. If a payment is taken back, for example through your bank, the license it paid for ends at once. See also our refund policy.
7. Moving a license
If you need your license on a different character, write to support@gladiatusmaster.com and we will move it for you.
8. Fair use
Please don't share a license key, use one license on more than one character, try to get around the license check or the one-trial limit, or copy and resell the extension. If a license is used this way, we may end it. We will write to you first and tell you why.
9. The game and its rules
Gladiatus Master is an independent extension. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gameforge. Check your world's rules before you set up automation. Your game account and how you play are your own responsibility.
10. How the extension is provided
A game update can stop a feature from working until we update the extension, so it is provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features over time.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost game progress, items or gold. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing on this site limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. A license you already bought keeps the terms it was bought under.
